4 tazas                  mezcla de lechugas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2                          Peras Bosc en l\u00e1minas delgadas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 cucharadas        mantequilla derretida<\/p>\n\n\n\n

250g                    filetes de huachinango en cubos<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 cucharadas        ajonjol\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 cucharadas        nueces picadas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 cucharadas        miel<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 cucharadas        jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 cucharadas        aceite de oliva<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            Sal y pimienta<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barnice las l\u00e1minas de pera con un poco de mantequilla y col\u00f3quelas sobre una charola con papel encerado; hornee a 110\u00b0C por 1 hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite de oliva, ase los cubos de pescado, salpimiente y reserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mezcle las lechugas, ejotes, ajonjol\u00ed y nuez; a\u00f1ada la miel, jugo de lim\u00f3n, aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta. Para servir, integre los crutones de pera y los cubos de pescado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
