5                          Peras Bosc cortadas en gajos<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3                          ramas de romero<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 tazas                  ejotes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 cucharadas        jengibre picado<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bc taza                  aceite de ajonjol\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd taza                  salsa de soya<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lic\u00fae la mitad de las peras, jengibre, aceite y soya; marine el costillar en la mezcla por una noche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En una charola para horno, coloque las peras restantes, ejotes y romero y ponga encima el costillar; hornee a 180\u00b0C por 40 minutos. D\u00e9jelo reposar unos minutos, corte en chuletas y sirva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
